The printing process involves anything between 16-23 stages depending on the pattern being created.  Involving high levels of skills and concentration, the process comprises of several stages of washing, dyeing, #handblockprinting and treating the fabric again and again, using #naturalcolour derived from nature locally.  Natural ingredients like gum, extracts from local flowers like Dhavadi, locally sourced plant extract indigo, pomegranate seeds, turmeric and colour from iron are the natural colours that form the base colours of Ajrakh.  And extensive multistage process using natural colours ensures extremely fast and vivid colours of the Ajrakh pattern.
